Kat is a contemporary artist who creates large expressive dynamic paintings inspired by architectural urban spaces, ongoing observation of the form and shapes, with connection to environmental changes of impact on nature, every so often referencing to the events of human behaviour and actions.

Use of the strong black paint with accents of colours reflects the moment and feeling of the space and lights, works are created on the feeling of movements, building energy around it, breaking the structure and becoming a new.

Specifically abandoned places, constructions that create that specific energy flow, allows me to form something personal and unique in constant motion of the light changing .​

In my works I want to take the viewer into the vision of the private “room” making the viewer to connect with the space and feel the energy of the paint and form, allowing the viewer interpretation to build their own story of the view.
